And Tony has only a surface idea of who Natasha is and where she came from. He understands not wanting to talk about one's skeletons, so he's never really pushed, mainly because he's sure she'd have his head.
"Never mind. You know, it's not important. I don't even know why I asked. I'm just here to patch you up, give you a safe place to stay. Asking questions isn't my job." At least, it's not his job right now.
"And yeah, you know, thanks for that. I'm always looking for weak points, so- You've been helpful. Although, next time you decide to break through, I hope it's for less drastic reasons than this. But, that being said, you can always come here if you need a hand." Because he doesn't want to make her think she's inconveniencing him. He'll always be available to help out a friend.
Before he answers her question, he gives her a good once-over, noting the makeshift bandage. The sight of it makes his eyebrows dip as he frowns, but he understands desperate measures. "I think I'm gonna need to take your shirt off. Just to get a better look, you know?" He eyes her midsection again, wondering if he can get her outer layer off without hurting her too much. "And yeah, once we're done here, I've got some sleep meds with your name on them. Or if you think you can manage without them, that's doable too. I've got blackout curtains just for that purpose." He knows not everyone likes the idea of needing to be drugged in order to sleep.
And he has a soundproof room too, so she should be able to sleep soundly.
